Orders can be placed 24 hours a day by email all year round, or by phone between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. on weekdays.
Orders placed on weekdays after 4:00 p.m., on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays will be processed the next business day.
A necessary condition for order fulfillment is the provision of a telephone number and/or email address after the order is accepted. The ordering party will be notified of its acceptance by phone and/or email. Orders that cannot be confirmed within 96 hours will not be processed, and the payment will be refunded.
After purchasing products with a print, the opaski24.eu store will create a visualization of the print on the product. The visualization will be sent to the email address provided in the customer form in .jpg format. The buyer must approve the visualization before production begins. The processing time begins from the moment the buyer approves the visualization. A confirmed order cannot be canceled.
Incorrectly completed order forms will not be processed.
Advertise reserves the right to refuse any questionable orders. The ordering party will be immediately informed of such a situation (see point 5).
Prices of all goods in the store are expressed in Polish zloty and include VAT.
Some products are eligible for discounts. Detailed instructions on how to use the discount are included in the product description. Discounts cannot be combined. If the discount is not used before making the final payment, the discount will not be applied. Shipping of orders over PLN 1,000.00 gross in the case of payment by bank transfer is covered by Advertise Beata Grzelec.
The ordered goods will be delivered to the address indicated by the ordering party within 1 to 5 business days from the date of order confirmation.
If an item is out of stock, the ordering party will be informed of this fact and the resulting extension of the order processing time. If the ordering party does not consent to the extension, they may cancel the order entirely or only the item that would extend the processing time.
We attach proof of purchase (VAT invoice, receipt) to each shipment.
We provide a 12-month warranty on all products purchased in our store.

Payments: – The entity providing online payment services is Blue Media SA . – The order is processed once the payment is credited to the account. – The entity providing payment services upon delivery is DPD. – Cash payment for purchased goods is possible at the company’s office.
In the case of payment on delivery, the ordering party shall pay the amount due in cash upon receipt of the goods.
